Returns Policy
We hope you love your order. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached where applicable. This 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Please take reasonable care of items while they are in your possession. You may inspect and handle an item as you would reasonably do in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value, where permitted by law.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Once we receive your returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, we will issue any refund due without undue delay and no later than 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service may not be refundable.
